How long does it take to process my order?

Once your order is placed, it will take approx. 2-3 business days to process your order. 

What if I have not received an order confirmation email, or a shipment notification email within the allotted time?

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?

You will receive a tracking number for your order once your order ships EXCEPT for the Free ZUS Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini. This should take 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number within the estimated time period, please contact us so we can further assist you

For the Free ZUS Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini, due to the nature of the Free giveaway and shipping carrier restriction, tracking is not available for the following countries: The United States, Canada, The United Kingdoms, Australia, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Greece, Austria, and Luxembourg. 

How do I check my order status?

For orders with tracking

You can use the tracking number we sent you via email to know the whereabouts of your package.

For orders without tracking
