Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can.

We aim to process your order request as soon as possible. Once you know you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately so that we can see if we can catch your package before it is shipped.

Frequently, in the case of a minor typo, the post office can catch it and re-route your order to the correct address. If it is a completely different address, contact us and we will help you resolve this as quickly as possible.

In case we already shipped your item, we can unfortunately no longer help you change the shipping address. You can, however, contact your local post office and ask them to change the shipping address for you.
