If you see the prompt on your ZUS App saying "No Device Connected", and you are 100% sure the device is powered up correctly, please go through the below troubleshooting to recover the connection.
- Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and place your phone close to the device.
- Make sure there are no other phones with the ZUS app installed in the vicinity.
- Make sure the device is powered up correctly, i.e.: check the Vehicle Health Monitor mini and see if it's well plugged in; check other ZUS devices and see the 3-LEDs on top of the device are blinking? (Blinking suggests the device is powered up and waiting for Bluetooth connection if they stay constant on, it means that the device is connected to the ZUS App already)
If you've checked the above bullet points and it's still showing disconnected, please try:
- Remove the device from ZUS App and add it again.
- Turn off and on the phone's Bluetooth and try to add the device again.
- Turn on and off the phone's airplane mode and try to add the device again.
