Q1. Why do I need a nonda account to use ZUS?
When you start to use ZUS, you may notice that we need nonda account for login. It's because we would like to provide more features and better user experience. For example:
- Protect your ZUS don't let others to connect
- More accurate car finding experience
- Enjoy Family Share feature
- Accurate car battery status analysis
- Quick start when changing your phone
- Have special offer only for ZUS app user
- More new features to come

Q2.What are the system requirements for the ZUS app?
Your phone need to have built-in Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy(BLE Module) to support ZUS.
iOS 8.1 and up
Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and up
Q3. Can I pair with another Bluetooth device when paired with ZUS?
Yes. At its lowest level Bluetooth allows you to connect up to 7 devices to one master device. Some phones or operating systems may not allow this though. It would be best to contact your phone’s manufacturer or consult your manual for tips or information regarding connecting multiple devices simultaneously.
Q4.What does three indicator lights on the ZUS stand for?
- Blinking:ZUS is not connected with App.No parking location and mileage would be recorded.
- Keep On: ZUS is connected with ZUS App and it's ready to record your parking location after parking.
- No lights:ZUS is not connected with the cigarette lighter or App. No parking location, mileage or car battery voltage would be recorded.
As long as the multi-level parking lot is uncovered and you remember which floor your car is parked, ZUS can help you find your car. ZUS locates your car via your phone's built-in GPS, so the accuracy of your car's location will vary depending on the environment.ZUS works best for uncovered parking lots and it can only tell horizontal distance and not vertical distance.
For covered multi-level parking lot, you may pin your location manually and take a picture of your parking location.

Q6. Why is ZUS not fast-charging my device?
Fast-charging can be affected by a number of factors.The first thing you can check is your charging cable. If you are not using your device's OEM charging cable and using a generic one, fast-charging may not work. In our laboratory tests, with a good charge cable, the charging current can reach 2.4 ampere. Also, ZUS will not be able to fast-charge newer devices running on processors with Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology, as they require certified accessories to work, which ZUS is not. ZUS can only charge such devices with standard/normal speed.
Q7. What will happen if I leave my ZUS plugged in the car for a long time?
When ZUS is not charging other devices, it consumes less than 0.02A. The battery for a normal car is around 50~60Ah. Let's say it's only 50% battery power remained which is 25~30Ah. It would take 1250~1500 hours(52-62 days)to drain your car's battery.
Q8. What to do when giving the ZUS charger to others
If both you and your friend will use this ZUS, you may add your friend to one of your ZUS by Family Share. Then you and your friend can both use the device and you would know when your friend park. You would still be the owner.
If you will not use this ZUS anymore, you may remove this ZUS from ZUS app and give the ZUS charger to others. Then he/she can pair and use as an owner.
Q9. Why can't I register or log in an account?
Have problems when signing up or log in? You may check following parts.
- Internet: Try under WIFI or 4G
- Email address: No space/punctuation
- Password: At least 6 numbers/letters/ punctuation marks
Q10. How to reset password for ZUS app?
- Tap "Log in" > “Forgot your password?”
- Input email address > Tap “Reset password”
- Check the email you received and click the link
- Reset Password in web page
- Login in ZUS App with new password
If you forget your account name, you can create a new account, send a request through the app, and then contact us at cs@nonda.us. Our customer service will help you reset the ZUS so that you could add it to your new account.
