What should I do if the voltage is not read?

If you see "The voltage is not read ..." on the Pro Dashboard screen, please try to unplug the Vehicle Health Monitor and replug it. If this prompt did not disappear, please take a screenshot with the prompt and contact customer service. Again, the prompt shall be contained in the screenshot you have taken.
