To reset the password, please check the following steps:
- Tap "Forgot Password?" on the Sign In page
- Input email address > Tap “Reset password”
- Check the email you received and click the link
- Reset Password on the web page
- Login to ZUS App with the new password
If you forget your account details, you can create a new account, send a request through the app, and then contact us at email@example.com. Our customer service will help you reset the ZUS so that you could add it to your new account.
