Absolutely! As long as we have not already processed your order, we can cancel it before it can be sent out. However, we do try to process orders as quickly as possible so once you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
What to do:
Once you decide to cancel your order please:
- Contact us immediately.
- When prompted to submit a request, choose Orders and Shipping in the drop-down menu.
- Select [Cancel my order] and write a brief statement about the order you wish to cancel.
If the order has not yet been processed:
We will cancel your order and issue a refund.
If we have already processed your order before you could cancel it, do not worry! There is still another option:
Once you contact us about your request to cancel your order, we will assign a return number to your order. Once you receive the package containing the ZUS product you wish to return, simply write your assigned return number as well as "Return to Sender" on the package. Please return the package to the Post Office. Once our warehouse receives the package, we will issue a refund.
