Thank you so much for purchasing the ZUS Smart Vehicle Health Monitor. The device diagnoses and pulls data from the vehicle using OBD II protocols and, as you may not know, car manufacturers, apply different kinds of OBD II protocols in different makes and models. We are trying our best to develop and test our products to make the device & app compatible with most of the vehicles, however, we can't guarantee full coverage.
Basic Troubleshooting
Before you reach out, there are some basic troubleshooting that you may go through.
1. Remove the device and add it again.
When you pair your device, please pair it via the nonda Vehicle Health Monitor Lite entry as shown in the screenshot. If you have paired it via other entries, please remove it first and add it again.
2. Turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone or restart.
This is mainly to reboot the phone's Bluetooth module so it can recognize the device more easily. If simply turning off the Bluetooth doesn't work for you, you may have to restart your device, especially for some Android users. No criticism, but as Android phones vary in shapes and sizes, the Bluetooth module's ability is also different.
3. Unplug and plug the device again.
Sometimes a simple move means a lot. Just unplug and plug the device again, it may do the trick.
If after all the above troubleshooting yet you still can't get any readings, we do ask your favor of communicating with the ZUS App Team first rather than throwing a negative review on the App Store. We make sure that all your feedback & request is well received and followed-up.
