nonda 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
nonda warrants that your nonda hardware product (the “Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If a hardware defect in the Product arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, nonda will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair the Product at no charge with a new or refurbished component or (b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 calendar days, whichever is longer.
OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICES
To obtain remedies under this Warranty, nonda must receive your claim before the end of the Warranty Period. You also must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by nonda. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the device to nonda. By sending the Device, consumer agrees to transfer ownership to nonda. nonda may not return the original device to consumer. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, nonda shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement device to the Consumer.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Product that was purchased from an authorized retailer or sales channel. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification. Without limiting the foregoing, the Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) nonda products and services other than the Product, (b) Product that is, or nonda reasonably believes to be, stolen, (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (d) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by nonda or with improper voltage or power supply;
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, No NDA Inc. liability is limited to the repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it in the specified period of time. In no event shall No NDA Inc. liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall No NDA Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products.
nonda 7-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from nonda.co for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returned product(s) must be in the same condition that you received.
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- All returns must be authorized. To authorize the return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of your delivery date.

- This policy applies only to product(s) you purchase directly from nonda.co.
- Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
- nonda is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order. You must prepay all shipping charges and you shall take full responsibility for loss or damage to the product while in transit to nonda.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 8-10 business days of nonda’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
DELIVERY ISSUES FOR ZUS PRODUCTS (Exl ZUS Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini Giveaway)
If you have the tracking but didn't receive the package, please feel free to contact us in 2 months after the expected delivery date. We would help you to track and find the package. If the request is received 2 months after the expected delivery date, we are sorry but we cannot check with carrier anymore. No refund or replacement would be given by this case.
DELIVERY ISSUES For Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini Giveaway
Due to the nature of the free giveaway and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, all Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini orders will take longer for delivery than other ZUS Products. Please be patient for your order to arrive. No refund or replacement would be given before the expected delivery date. We will provide delivery proof upon your request.
Expected Delivery Date for customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada is 3-8 business days after the order has been shipped. Tracking is NOT available for those regions.
