What to do with a paired AIKO?

Double press the LOGO button on the AIKO device, if it beeps, the AIKO has been paired. You won't be able to pair an AIKO which is paired with some other AIKO app account with your account any more. 

• If the AIKO device is a gift from your friend, it may have been paired with your friend's AIKO app account. Ask your friend to transfer the AIKO to you. Then you'll be able to see the AIKO on the list of your AIKO app account. (Click here to learn how to transfer an AIKO)
